This hotel is just perfect. We loved it so much. It’s very relax and spacious with an amazing garden. You have no annoying music around so we just love that. The personnel is excellent very clean rooms. The hotel in general is very clean. We recommend this hotel to everyone

The location was great, you could walk to nearby shops. Loved the hotel layout, was great to see and relax at the different pools, and experience the service and food next to the pools. Staff were really great, they helped me to get the Thai tea I kept on drinking at the Hotel.

Location , ambience and facilities provided by the hotel was very good. The transportation facility between hotel lobby to main gate was fabulous.

The room was very calm, clean. The complex has 3 nice swimming pools and slides for kids. The staff was very helpful, especially when our kids were sick, we obtained a very fast and efficient assistance from the healthcare center.

Lovely grounds, lots of water and palm trees. Big site but easy to get around. All staff were lovely and food was very good

This is a huge beach resort with many pools and overlooking the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked our trips at the hotel excursion desk and everything ran to time. We ate at the main restaurant, the Thai restaurant, pool bar and all are very good. The location is great as can easily walk into both Karon or Kata or jump in a tuktuk at the beachside exit. The hotel grounds are enormous with a lot of wildlife including the peacocks which frequently appear in the reception area. The rooms and balcony are stunning. There is some renovation work happening to refurnish each hotel block. This did not impact us in anyway as we were in one of the two newly renovated blocks and just stunning.

Arriving at the hotel in the late afternoon, my first impressions were not overwhelmingly positive – just an average hotel, I thought. However, my perception took a complete turn the next day when I discovered everything it had to offer. From the restaurant, store, and spa to the stunning gardens and ponds – it was simply a big WOW. The natural beauty within the hotel was incredible. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's a pity I only spent a few days there. This is the kind of resort where you'd want to stay for about two weeks to fully explore and take advantage of all the amenities it has to offer. No beating around the bush – my next visit near Karon Beach will undoubtedly be at this resort, no need to search or consider alternatives.
